Pilot underway
Northern Panhandle Pilot
Our first regional pilot builds on existing momentum in Marshall County. We’re testing how regions are defined and how ambassadors are supported before scaling the model statewide.
Across the mountain state
Local strategy for local challenges.
West Virginia’s regions don’t all face the same challenges. Local knowledge should drive local strategy while connecting back to one statewide effort.
Regional approach
A hub-and-spoke model built to travel.
A strategy that works in the Eastern Panhandle won’t look the same in the Southern coalfields. We’re designing a model where regions define what support looks like locally, while ambassadors connect the work statewide.
